Refund Policy

At Living Light, I strive to provide high-quality website services, digital resources, and customer support. Please review the following refund policy before making a purchase.

Website Design & Custom Services

Website design and other custom services require time, planning, and creative work that is tailored specifically to your business.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
If additional work is requested beyond the original project scope, a separate quote will be provided before work begins.

Website Care Plans

Website Care Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Your plan will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused time or unused monthly support hours.
Unused support hours do not roll over to future months.

Website Guides

Website Guides are customized digital products and/or services.

Once work has begun or digital materials have been delivered, payments are non-refundable.
If your Website Guide includes a consultation or customization, any remaining balance will be handled according to the terms outlined in your project agreement.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Templates
Spreadsheets
Checklists
Guides
Digital downloads
Business resources

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or experience a technical issue during checkout, please contact Living Light within 7 days of your purchase. Billing issues will be reviewed promptly, and any verified errors will be corrected.
