Welcome to Living Light Rental Essentials! By purchasing one of our Wix Website Guide products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • You must have an active Wix website to purchase and use either of our Website Guide products.

  • These guides are designed to enhance your short-term rental business by providing a digital house manual and local area guide customized for your website.

Product Offerings & Delivery

1. DIY Website Guide 

  • We will install a prebuilt website guide template on your Wix site.

  • You are responsible for adding all property information, branding, and local area tips to customize the guide.

  • DIY videos showing how to add this content are included.

  • Once installed, you have full control over future edits and modifications.

  • This option is ideal for those with Wix experience who want to customize the guide on their own.

2. Done-For-You Website Guide

  • We provide a hands-off experience, handling the entire setup for you.

  • After purchase, you will complete an informational form to provide details about your properties and branding.

  • We will create and install a fully customized digital house manual and local area guide on your Wix site using your brand colors and fonts.

  • Includes setup for up to 5 properties. Additional properties require separate purchases or custom pricing upon request.

  • Once delivered, you are responsible for any further updates unless you purchase a maintenance package.

3. Post-Delivery Modifications & Fees

  • For the DIY Website Guide, all customization and updates are the buyer’s responsibility after initial setup.

  • For the Done-For-You Website Guide, any modifications beyond the initial setup will require an additional fee unless covered by a separate maintenance package.

4. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our product and the customization involved, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product details and agree to these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Living Light Rental Essentials is not responsible for technical issues related to Wix, including but not limited to platform updates, third-party app conflicts, or website downtime.

  • We are not liable for any loss of data, SEO rankings, or website functionality resulting from changes made by the user after delivery.

6. Agreement to Terms
