Services

Living Light provides website design, website management and optimization, website guides, digital downloads, templates, business resources, and related consulting services. Services are provided as described on this website or in a written proposal or agreement.

Payments

Payment is due according to the terms outlined at the time of purchase or in your project proposal.

• Website design and custom services may require a deposit before work begins.

• Website Care Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled.

• Digital products must be paid in full before they are available for download.

Living Light reserves the right to suspend or delay services for unpaid balances.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are intended for the purchaser's personal or internal business use only.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Digital products may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, modified for resale, or claimed as your own.

Website Design & Services

Project timelines depend on timely communication and receipt of all required content from the client.

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Website content

• Images

• Logos

• Brand assets

• Necessary approvals

Delays in providing requested materials may affect project completion dates.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Living Light retains the right to display completed projects within its portfolio.

Website Care Plans

Website Care Plans include only the services outlined in the selected plan.

Requests must be submitted by email with clear instructions and any necessary files or content.

Most update requests are completed within 1–2 weeks after all required information has been received.

Unused monthly support hours do not roll over.

Services outside the scope of the selected plan may require an additional quote.

Refund Policy

Because website services require time, planning, and creative work, payments for completed work are non-refundable.

Deposits for custom website projects are non-refundable once work has begun.

Digital downloads are non-refundable.

If a billing error occurs, please contact Living Light promptly so it can be resolved.

Intellectual Property

All website content, templates, downloads, graphics, text, guides, and other materials created by Living Light remain the intellectual property of Living Light unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing a digital product grants a license for personal or internal business use only. Ownership is not transferred.

 

Third-Party Services

Living Light may recommend or integrate third-party services, software, or platforms including, but not limited to, Wix, Cloudbeds, OwnerRez, and other business tools.

Living Light is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, policies, or functionality of third-party providers.

 

Limitation of Liability

Living Light makes every effort to provide accurate information and high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, website traffic, bookings, or revenue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Living Light shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, products, or services.

 

Privacy

Information submitted through this website will only be used to provide requested services, communicate with clients, process purchases, and improve the customer experience.

Living Light does not sell personal information to third parties.
